Due to the structural unforeseen nature of this =epair, we will only perform this as a time and material contract. Unfortunately until we demo the 2nd floor floor sheeting =nd expose the failing floor truss system, we cannot estimate or design =he materials needed for the repair so that is listed as "TBD" on the =udget.
