Dear Jeffrey, last year my laptop started giving me problems and James said t=at it has outlived its life expectancy and he didn't know if I would make i= to spring when the new ones will come out. He said something about laptops=doing a certain amount of something in their lifetime ( rounds or circles o= loops or something) and mine had done more. I now should download Adobe creative suite for my class and laptop can't hol= it. Do you think it would be possible for me to get a new one?
