Subject Cliff and the Autographs - April 16, 2014
Greetings Sir,
Cliff just confirmed that the 15 gallon autographs are only 4 feet tall. The autographs he thought
were 15 gallons are actually 25 gallons - just not as full as the previous ones he sold you.
He says he cannot go below $200 per 25 gallon autograph - this is due to the shipping costs.
He knows he gave you bad information - how do you want us to proceed?
