We appreciate you taking the time to discuss the re- launch of Electron on Todd and Ari's recommendation. Attached please find our contact details, an electronic copy of the marketing book, and a summary of Electron. As we mentioned during our meeting, Electron is an equity long/short fund, focused on global utilities and infrastructure companies. We invest mostly in electric, gas, water, and waste utilities globally (40%-60% of the portfolio is ex USA). The portfolio is comprised of large-cap, liquid names, in a sector that is underfollowed on a global basis. The team has a 7 year performance record associated with this strategy; first, generated as independent hedge fund ($450 in AUM) and, second, within SAC Capital Advisors ($1.3B in GMV). We began trading with $20m of internal capital on March I, 2013 and we will begin accepting subscriptions into the fund on May I, 2013. Furthermore, we are selectively speaking with early- stage investors about the prospect of a limited capacity founders' share class with very commercial fee terms. I should also note that in an effort to accommodate some of our former Electron investors, and given the underlying portfolio, we are now able to offer monthly liquidity with 60 days' notice.
