In summary we would suggest the following: -We would suggest an initial listing for the vessel in the amount of $140,000.00. - For a buyer, with the intention of employing the vessel in the Caribbean, a negotiated selling price of $120,000.00, in our opinion would be reasonable. -A settlement with an East Coast buyer in the amount of $105,000.00 to $110,000.00 would also be reasonable -If it can be determined that the vessel was originally constructed as a US Coast Guard Certified 4 vessel, we would suggest that the listing price be increased by $20,000.00 and the selling prices be increased by $10,000.00. If it can be determined that the vessel has the potential of achieving Certification, we would strongly recommend that it be marketed accordingly.
