For example, international plan for Paris doesn't cover British VI; Morocco is not covered at all. I pre purchased 300 min for Paris, but did not have a plan for British VI. After ATT contacted with high international usage, I was able to get credit of $281, as AT&T helped with plan change based on country of travel. In addition All phones were upgraded and a charge of $36 was applied to every phone totaling $252. Please let me know if you would like to have more details.
