Make/Model: Blue Perkins England Year: 1996 Serial Number: U688497E Hours: 75 -kw-turbo hours 161623 Purchase Price and Payment The purchase price for "1996 Perkins" is $4,000.00, which the "Buyer will receive "as is", with payment made in full via "check" to LSI, LLC Delivery of 1996 Perkins As of 1g day of November, 2011 the "Buyer is in full possession of said "1996 Perkins" Big N will transport "Buyer to LSI, LLC and said equipment will be transported to Red Hook Marina whereupon "Buyer will take MI possession of said equipment. Seller's Warranties "Seller" hereby covenants, represents and warrants that "1996 Perkins" described above is free of all liens and encumbrances. "Seller" is the lawful owner of said equipment. The new owner becomes immediately responsible for the "1996 Perkins" and hereby releases "Seller" from any responsibility connected with said equipment.
