Krischer, State Attorney Office of the State Attorney Fifteenth Judicial Circuit 401 North Dixie Highway West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Dear Mr. Krischer. Please find enclosed the probable cause affidavits and case filing packages thus far resulting from the Palm Beach Police Department's investigation of Jeffrey Epstein, The submission of these documents are both in response to Assistant State Attorney Lanna Belohlavek's request for them and to serve as the Palm Beach Police Department's presentation for prosecution. I know that you agree that it is our shared responsibility to seek justice and to serve the public interest by discharging our duties with fairness and accountability I must renew my prior observation to you that I continue to find your office's.treatment of these cases highly unusual. It is regrettable that I am forced to communicate in this manner but my most recent telephone calls to you and those of the lead detective to your assigned attorneys have been unanswered and messages remain unreturned. After giving this much thought and consideration, I must urge you to examine the unusual course that your office's handling of this matter has taken and consider if good and sufficient reason exists to require your disqualification from the prosecution of these cases. Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter and Jeffrey Epstein entangled in disputed prosecution details

Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter and Jeffrey Epstein entangled in disputed prosecution details The passage provides specific allegations about a potential plea deal for Epstein, details of alleged sexual misconduct with minors, and claims that Police Chief Michael Reiter may have acted improperly or been motivated by personal issues. These points give concrete names, dates, and possible misconduct that merit further investigation, though the claims are largely unverified and lack direct evidence of higher‑level political or financial connections. Key insights: Epstein allegedly faced a plea deal for 1‑2 years in Florida state prison, with sources citing a 15‑month sentence plus home confinement.; Palm Beach police records from March 15, 2005, describe a 14‑year‑old receiving a massage and a vibrator from Epstein for $300.; [REDACTED - Survivor] reportedly brought six girls aged 14‑16 to Epstein’s house.

Document alleges extensive financial, academic, and sexual ties between Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and high‑profile figures including Leslie Wexner, Harvard officials, and political elites

Document alleges extensive financial, academic, and sexual ties between Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and high‑profile figures including Leslie Wexner, Harvard officials, and political elites The passage provides numerous specific allegations – dates, dollar amounts, meetings, and alleged quid‑pro quo arrangements – that could be pursued for evidence of financial flows, abuse of influence, and coordinated legal obstruction. It implicates powerful actors (Wexner, Harvard leadership, a U.S. state attorney, and potentially members of the British royal family) and suggests systematic surveillance and intimidation of investigators. While many claims are unverified and some are repetitive, the level of detail (e.g., $30 M investment, $1 mansion sale, non‑prosecution agreement clause protecting co‑conspirators) makes it a strong investigative lead. Key insights: 1996 meeting on Epstein’s jet linking Dershowitz to Leslie Wexner’s birthday party.; Epstein’s claim that Wexner sold a Manhattan mansion to him for $1.; 1997 $30 M investment in Boston Provident allegedly sourced from Wexner, with half‑million from Dershowitz.
