LLC STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF REGISTRATION HYPERION AIR, LLC is a limited liability company of a United States Citizen and is eligible to register aircraft in its name. In this regard, we make the following representations: I. The full name of the Applicant LLC is HYPERION AIR, LLC (the "LLC"). 2. The jurisdiction in which the LLC is lawfully organized is the United States Virgin Islands. 3. The effective date of the LLC is October Li, 2012. 4.
