Any correspondence to, from, or relating to accounts, account-holders, or other individuals associated with accounts, including any recorded customer service telephone calls, and including correspondence with any regulatory or law enforcement authority; 19. Memoranda, notes or other records of telephone conversations associated with accounts or individuals associated with accounts (including conversations with any regulatory or law enforcement authority); 20.
