2020 Fee Schedule* Dr. Kimberly Mchlman-Orozco, Ph.D. Criminal Case Remote Research, Review, and ( onsu It at io n $350 per hour Criminal Case In-person Deposition and/or Trial $500 per hour TraveUExpenses Non-working travel time is billed at half of the hourly deposition/trial rate, from portal to portal. There is a one-hour minimum travel charge. The client is responsible for all reasonable' and customary travel expenses, which include but are not limited to: flight/train, hotel, and taxi/rental car. Automobile mileage is billed at the GSA rate. Cancellation Fees A flat rate of $1,500 is incurred when scheduled meetings, depositions, and/or trial dates are cancelled within seven calendar days prior to the event. Bifling Retainer will be applied to final invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Payable to Break the Chain LLC, Federal Tar I.D.
