The attached psychological reconstruction was completed by Drs. , National Suicide Prevention Coordinator, , Sex Offender Treatment Programs Coordinator, , Mental Health Treatment Coordinator and Mr. , Correctional Services Administrator, Northeast Regional Office. A summary review of these and other recent reconstruction findings is forthcoming. Distribution of this report is limited to staff named in this memorandum.
