Correct, please withhold the 360 scan as well as the scene photos. 2. We do not intend to request that these materials be permanently withheld. We will advise you when we no longer request that certain aspects, or any aspects, of the report be withheld. 3. Please also confirm whether your request is intended to last only for the duration of any federal investigation, or whether you intend the restriction on disclosure to be permanent. I note also that, if we receive a court order (including a court-ordered subpoena) for the unredacted file, we will notify you so that you can seek to preserve any investigative confidentiality, but we comply with court orders.
