I have taken the liberty to include the additional information regarding my tenure at MCC New York. For further clarification: I began working at MCC New York on Effective I assumed responsibility of Correctional Services; however, I was on annual leave from and did not assume responsibility unties which is two days prior to the incident in question. Additionally, I did not have oversight of the Facilities Department during the aforementioned dates nor during the time frame it was noted there were camera issues.
