Jeffrey Epstein, 19 Cr. 490 (RMB). The hearing is in connection with the nolle prosequi order proposed to the Court on August 19, 2019, by the United States Attorney, following the death of defendant Jeffrey Epstein. At the hearing, counsel for the victims and the victims will be heard, if they wish to be. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Richard M.
