N.J. 07054 Phon Fax: T-Mobile Tracking ID: 3360122 Objection August 08. 2021 T-Mobile hereby objects to the referenced legal demand for one or more of the following reasons: a) failure of personal service; b) lack of personal jurisdiction; c) demand is facially invalid; d) demand is overbroad, unduly burdensome and/or not refined in scope or date range; e) demand does not provide reasonable time for response; f) demand seeks electronic records that are not readily accessible; and/or g) demand seeks records that are not stored or maintained by T-Mobile. Notwithstanding the above objections, and without waiving same, T-Mobile is unable to respond to your request for the following reason(s): In regard to identifier(s) Subscriber information for Metro by T-Mobile branded subscribers is stored and maintained for approximately six (6) months following termination of the account. Because call detail records for Metro by T-Mobile subscribers are stored and maintained for up to two years, there may be instances when call records, but not subscriber information, are produced.
