***SENSITIVE DISCLOSURE MATERIAL*** Epstein stated he can recall an incident that occurred two days prior w en a ag one went out to court and when Tartagfione returned he was upset. Epstein stated he attempted to talk to Ta lone and Tartaglione called him a d hile. Epstein also stated he knew Tarta hone was upset and he let him cool off. Interviewer: Interviewee: On July 31, 2019, at approximately 10:00 AM. Inmate Illippillipaimamimmna was interviewed in the Special Housing Unit During the interviewinielle. stated he was asleep on the floor inside of his cell, his head was covered with a sheet, and he had his headphones in his ear when he felt something hit his foot stated when he uncovered his head he observed Epstein, Jeffrey; Reg. No. 76318-054, sitting on the floor in the corner with his eyes open. stated he began to call Epstein's name and when Epstein did not answer he began to bang on the door for the officer stated he thought Epstein was having a heart attack because his eyes was open and he appeared to be snorin tated he does not have any issues being housed with Epstein althou h he keeps his conversation to a minimal stated he does not understand Epstein's motive and what he Is trying to do. stated previously during one of their conversations Epstein made him uncomfortable when Epstein stated' fourteen (14) is legal in most states and I don't understand what's the problem here'. Additionally, stated Epstein normally paces the cell and complains about his attorneys not doing their job and he needs to fire them. stated he does not have any issues being housed with Epstein however he does not want to be Involved with any plots Epstein have in mind in order to by to get released.
