I have information about corruption/coverup of crimes by Cyrus Vance (as a favor to powerful connected
persons) in 2 separate criminal matters (separate from anything that has been reported recently) . The
information /Evidence I have on Vance corruption started in 2013, and goes through the present. The reason the
information I have has never been reported is because when I sent an email to Manhattan ADA Gordon on May
19, 2015, at 11:39 am , advising her that I plan to go to NY Post with the evidence I have on Manhattan DA
corruptionkoverup in the matters detailed below ...12 hrs later , NYPD shows up at my house to arrest me. And
Cyrus Vance maliciously prosecuted me on that case for 2 1/2 years. The case was dismissed by Judge when I
finally had enough , and sent the Judge evidence of the Manhattan DA corruption in that case, and Judge
Dawson dismissed the case shortly thereafter.

So as you can imagine, this has had a very chilling effect and caused fear on my willingness to come forward
and suffer further arrests/retaliation by Vance's Office.
One Matter involves Vance's collusion with Cardinal Dolan to cover up a million Dollar embezzlement and
child abuse by a certain Priest, Fr Miqueli .
The second matter/coverup by Vance involves a huge Rikers Bribe scheme perpetrated by One of Vance's
high profile defendants , Gigi Jordan (the millionaires that killed her 8 yr old son), during her time at Rikers
awaiting trial.

The Rikers Bribe scheme by Gigi Jordan was from 2010-2015 , and Literally involved the entire Jail. The
person on the receiving end of the Bribe was Norman Seabrook . I have evidence that Vance knew about it and
covered it up as a favor to Norman Seabrook (in 2015) . Gigi Jordan's lawyer was Alan Dershowitz, and
Dershowitz joined Gigi Jordan's defense team literally a few months later after the infamous " Alan Dershowitz'
client Jeffrey Epstein court hearing in 2011, when our DA Cyrus Vance ordered his Sex crimes unit chief show
up to court to implore the Epstein's Judge to to downgrade Epstein to Level 1 sex offender. (WOW) .

Im just going to include a quick summary of facts and events below...I have emails and recordings with
various officials in Vance's office, and I have documents spanning the last 5 years (both on the Gigi Jordan Bribe
coverup, and the Cardinal Dolan coverup) .
Just an example , I have incriminating emails and recordings with
4 of Vance's Burea directors, Vance's Financial Crimes unit, and recordings with State Police Investigator, who
admits to me on a recorded line that Vance's office ordered him to "Not investigate and squash any
investigation/arrests of Fr Miqueli for the million Dollar embezellment and child abuse... As you can imagine, I
have gone to all levels of City Government , including DOI in 2015 and 2016, while still under Commissioner
Mark Peters, and Mark Peters ordered investigations into all of this "squashed"... I have gazzlion emails and
recordings with DOI, all the way up to Mark Peters departure in Nov 2018.
The information below is corruption by Cyrus Vance, as pertains to Vance colluding with Ny
Archdiocese to cover up and protect a certain Priest, Fr Miqueli (as a favor to Cardinal Dolan) . Fr Miqueli is a
priest who embezzled a million dollars at a Roosevelt island Parish St Francis Cabrini (Vane's teritory),
Vance also helped Cardinal Dolan cover up child abuse (what else is new!?) by Fr Miqueli of at least one kid ,
that I know of. The Coverup and protection of Fr Miqueli crimes is ordered by Cyrus Vance personally (I have
evidence, in the way of emails and recording and documents) .

When she never heard from Gordon. on May 10. 2015. at 11:39 AM,
sent her e-mail messages with what she claims were past alleged crimes never investigated
by the Manhattan DA's office after shed provided evidence.
Some were allegations of corruption unconnected to M.
One was a beating that MI suffered at a bachelor's party that she had organized in 2012, by
individuals she believes were prominent New York City officials, who were drunk and had been snorting cocaine. The incident was recorded on a surveillance camera
at an event's space. Even though one arrest was made there's been no prosecution to date,
claimed, in the e-mail message to Gordon. "I told her in that e-mail
that I plan to go to The Daily News to expose the corruption in the Manhattan DA's office.

The bribe scheme was going on for the 5 yrs that Gigi was at Rikers prior to her being convicted
/sentenced, and being sent upstate circa summer 2015. The bribe scheme was indicated to be
20k/month. How I know about this is I was at Rikers for 8 months, March 2014 to Nov 2014 . What I
was doing at Rikers in the first place , and the NYPD corruption/false arrest that put me there is
detailed in the media article above by Blackstar News .
But in the meantime, while at Rikers , I
gathered up as much info as I could. Literally , the entire jail was involved in it, one way or another
(All the COs knew about it, they either knew about it, or were involved in executing the "special favors
" that Gigi's 20k/month was buying.) I know for a fact both Wardens knew about it(Bailey and
Clifford) , but everyone was too afraid to say something bc they were following orders of Norman
Seabrook.
When I got out from Rikers, I immediately reported this to Gigi's prosecutor , ADA Bagdanos at
Manhattan DA in Feb 2015. I was shocked when Bagdanos admitted to me (by accident, Im very
good at getting people to admit things to me) that Manhattan DA knew about it all along. I was
shocked, started grilling ADA Bagdanos about why he did not make arrests, is it bc of the high ranking
official on the receiving end who is being protected?....Bagdanos realized his screwup by his
admission, and kicked me out of his office...I started writing emails to Mr Vance's top ranks, including
Vance's Trial Bureau Chief, Armond Durasanti, and other department heads...I demanded they turn
the Gigi Jordan Rikers Bribe coverup directly to Vance, (even though I knew vance already knew
about it) . They all continued to cover it up. On 5/19/15 I wrote an email to ADA Gordon (she was

Im just giving you a quick synopsys here, obviously there is alot more to this, specifically about vance
himself and the actual criminal case vs Gigi Jordan. I have everything fully documented, especially the
retaliation against me by Vance's office when I tried to expose this.
I believe that the information/evidence on Cyrus Vance/ Norman Se,abrook/ALan Dershowitz that I have
that I have obtained as part of my fight for Justice and exposing Vances Corruption in my personal case , as it
so happens, currently complements several of the major cases on going at the US Attorneys office (Epstein,
Seabrook, etc). Technically my Norman Seabrook Bribe information is separate from the Bribe Seabrook got
prosecuted for by your office, but at the same time is VERY similar. More importantly, the "other Noman
Seabrook Bribe" case technically still isn't over, Seabrook is appealing, plus , even worse, is freely "walking the
earth", as we speak. I attended Seabrooks sentencing hearing, and Judge Heller was very clear when he allowed
Seabrook to be out on bail pending appeal....That bail is contingent on "there being no other additional criminal
actions outstanding by Norman Seabrook "... I believe that if the evidence of the criminal actions by Seabrook in
the Gigi Jordan/Alan Dershowitz Rikers bribe, just on that alone , if presented to Judge Heller, would result in
Judge Heller Revoking Seabrook's Bail, which would be HUGE win and Justice being served for the Citizens
of NY. Additionally, any information/evidence that Your office obtains showing criminal activity by Alan
Dershowitz in a separate (but similar) non Epstein matter, would give your office huge leverage over
Dershowitz to force Dershowitz to flip on any fo Epstein's accomplices that Dershowitz has information on .
