We have now had a chance to review that draft report and, as discussed briefly by phone, we have two comments to share: First on page iv in the Executive Summary section of the report, in your description of the SONY case against Epstein, we would ask that you consider changing the phrase "include at least one victim known to be a minor" to "include at least one victim believed to be a minor" which we believe more accurately reflects our position in the bail arguments regarding Epstein. Second, on page 56 of the report itself, the draft included the language: "Nevertheless' told OPR that investigators were aware Epstein used hidden cameras in his New York residence to record his sexual encounters ...." We asked you to confirm that the language, which is not within quotation marks, accurately reflected the information provided by in interview, and we understand that based on your re-review of the source material, you intend to change that sentence to read as follows: "Nevertheless told OPR that investigators hod learned Epstein used hidden cameras in his New York residence to record his sexua encounters . . . ." We otherwise have no comments on the rest of the draft report. Thanks very much, Chief, Public Corruption Unit U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York Tel. EFTA00077309
