During his remarks, defense counsel mentioned the Government's ongoing investigation into the death of Jeffrey Epstein and potential misconduct by officials at the Metropolitan Correctional Center. The parties have reviewed the court reporter's draft transcript, and attached hereto as Exhibit A are a proposed set of redactions by the parties. The redactions are placed in red boxes, and are located on pages 14-15 and 21 of the transcript.
