The findings of autopsy are consistent with strangulation/hanging themselves. At this moment there is NO REASON to suspect or suggest Epstein did not hang himself. However, the OCME is not finalizing the findings or the death certificate until a toxicology is done and interviews of the first guards on scene who discovered Epstein are completed and available for review by Dr . Epstein had a broken hiatal bone and injuries to the left should, both of which I am told are consistent with hanging. The bone is just above the Adam's apples and breaks to the pressure and the injury to the shoulder I am told is consistent when the body starts to convulse.
