From: (USANYS) [Contractor] < Sent: Tuesday, September 22, 2020 11:54 AM To: Cc: Subject: RE: Letter >; >; (USANYS) (Contractor) a (USANYS) < A load file is essentially just an index file. It does not contain any substantive material. An eml file is just an email file. I typically convert them to pdf; however, there were a few which contained attachments that I could not pull out. I left those as eml files because otherwise the email attachment would not be included. I can try my hand at the eml files again to see if I can find a way to make them work as pdfs. Just so I have a clear understanding, what exactly is a load and eml file? I suspect there is some issue with the computer Maxwell is using at MDC, so I'm hoping they can get someone at MDC to take a look at the computer once we identify the category of files that won't open.
