As promised, it addresses the factual basis for the proposed charges as well as a number of legal issues, including relating to the charges themselves and possible defense arguments. We're continuing to work on a draft indictment, but wanted to get you the pros memo as soon as it was finalized. Separately, we presented the case to the grand jury today, and they seemed extremely engaged and receptive. We expect that we can go back to ask for a return of the final indictment when appropriate based on the information presented today.
