In particular, I was hoping to discuss (i) making sure we all review the remainder of the case file that is now up from Florida in advance of charging — my understanding is we are still waiting EFTA00102115 for approval to have it scanned; (ii) making sure to get all the physical evidence from Florida and review it; and (iii) what plans are being made for surveillance and what will ultimately be an extensive operation around arrest time of multiple approaches, etc. Given that this all may go down pretty soon, I just wanted to be on the same page from a supervisory level in terms of getting everything done.
