As brief background, given the length of time this has been in the works — was represented by Suzanne Jaffe Bloom from July 2019 through last month, including when Suzanne met with all of you in late January to make the argument that should not be charged at all. Suzanne had been very resistant to proposing any alternative outcome, particularly including the possibility of any plea. In March, replaced Suzanne with Susan Necheles and Samidh Guha, and relatively shortly thereafter they provided the attached submission. As always, we're happy to do whatever discussion and/or follow-up would be most useful. t
