Suzanne had been very resistant to proposing any alternative outcome, particularly including the possibility of any plea. In March, replaced Suzanne with Susan Necheles and Samidh Guha, and relatively shortly thereafter they provided the attached submission. As always, we're happy to do whatever discussion and/or follow-up would be most useful. t
