He of course wants to do it because he thinks he can make some money from it. I don't think we can really take any position on that or forbid him from media contact, but let me know if you guys have any thoughts, and/or if you think this is a ssue (or something we should raise with anyone else). It really won't affect my cases, but to the extent it will matter to anyone else, there's a chance we'll see him popping up in news stories.
