The evidence was transferred from the NYFO to SA-as part of related OIG case 2019- 011073. The evidence was initially seized as part of OIG case 2019-010614 and transferred to SDNY Paralegal for review. However, the original Evidence Custody Document (ECD), Log #6, cannot be located, and therefore, it is unclear of how and when the evidence was transferred from SDNY to SA McGinnis.
