On September 22, 2021, Special Agent and Senior Special Agent U.S. Department ofJustice Office of the Inspector General (OIG), conducted a voluntary telephonic interview of Jeffrey McKenzie, former Senior Customer Support Representative, Signet Electronic Systems, Inc., Norwell, Massachusetts. The interview was conducted in reference to an official OIG investigation surrounding the death of BOP inmate Jeffrey Epstein, Register Number 76318-054, who was previously housed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) New York, New York. McKenzie was the Senior Customer Support Representative who assisted MCC New York with their camera system technical support and upgrades in, on and around August 2019. The interview was rec
