He originally told me to hold off until they got closer to being ready to install the cameras because he did not have room to store them all and did not want them getting lost or damaged while sitting at the institution, while they worked on getting the network installed. He then called and said he wanted to change some of the cameras and I explained we would need a MOD to the contract in order to do that. They never did the MOD and on August 191h of 2019 he called and said to go ahead with the original order. Attached is the PO that we received on 9/21/2018. The gear was delivered around 30 days after that and on 11/01/2018 I sent over the paperwork for the site to submit for the IP addresses, needed to install the system. I will forward that email traffic as well. We never received the IP addresses and could not move forward with the install. It wasn't until after the incident that we were able to install the gear.
