3/17/2019 TDY Staff started for installation of Camera work. This was a two week rotation ran by the
North East Regional Office. During this time, TDY staff that were here to work were also utilized to cover
custody posts do to shortage of staff. Some of the following weeks were not consistent, do to not having
enough staff volunteering to TDY with the knowledge of communication work. With this inconsistence,
we had interment weeks of work on this project.
7/25/2019 Anixter contract modified (Mod 1) for change in material ordered. No change to cost.
The following work continued after August 10, 2019.

Status
Housing units — Installation of IP cameras is complete on each housing unit with the exception 10 South
and 11 South. IP cameras are being added to 11 South tiers. 10 South currently has analog cameras
which are being replaced with IP cameras.
Visiting Rooms — Each visiting room currently has two IP cameras. Facilities is adding a 360 degree
camera to each visiting room for more coverage.
Perimeter — Two perimeter cameras have been replaced with IP cameras. Six perimeter cameras are
currently analog and are being replaced with IP cameras.
