Lieutenant's have started informing the Correctional Officers that they will be reassigned to work SHU MW posts because management has determined they no longer want probationary staff assigned to that unit. This serves as a reminder that employees have rights under the Master Agreement, specifically, Article 18 Section r. and s. Additionally, please provide the Local with the policy, rule, law or regulation that disallows probationary employees from working the Special Housing Unit.
