On 8/16/2019, he and his wife were at the De Novo Bar in Montclair, NJ when he overheard two ladies referencing the Epstein case. Jeff EFTA00147243 heard parts of the conversation but was concerned by a couple things she said. Specifically, she said after he died and the picture was on Facebook, money was sent to a Swiss bank account. She also said there were four BOP employees involved who can retire within the next year. Lastly, she said a couple things were done wrong including moving the cellmate out of his cell and the COs not doing proper checks. Jeff went outside and took pictures (see attached) of the ladies as they were leaving and the one with grey hair (she was doing all the talking) in her car with the license plate. Please get this to the team and vet it for any connections to our players. Jeff isn't sure if this is pertinent but wanted to make sure we had it in case it was at all valuable to the case. If you have any questions, I've copied him on the email. Jeff, chime in if I've mischaracterized anything.
