At approximately 1550 hours, we made contact with DOB worked for EPSTEIN as a Chief Engineer from 1995 until 2014 (18 years). cellular number is and home telephone number stated that he applied for a job with the Trump organization, but was refer to EPSTEIN for the up an coming project of the largest home in New York City. was hired through MAXWELLL to work for EPSTEIN at the residence. went to the Island when the Island was purchased to do work. stated that he was never in the Island at the same time with EPSTEIN. worked at the New Mexico and Florida location as well. stated that EPSTEIN has massages rooms in all his locations and that he saw many woman coming and going. said that he kept his distance from EPTEIN because he wasn't allow to be in the same area with him. only addressed EPTEIN when he was spoken to. In 18 years, didn't see anything that sticks out in regards to the allegations. stated that he knows the new Chief Engineer, NEWYN DE LA CRUZ. stated that EPTEIN and his staff kept him out of all the meetings. stopped working for EPSTEIN because the way he treated him, he wasn't getting pay good, no union and no holiday checks. He worked Holidays and was also contacted when he was on vacation. was served with the Federal Grand Jury Subpoena and was advice to call the AUSA. SA also provided him with a business card. Looks like he's been living in Nassau County since 2000. Looks like he may have also worked at Epstein's NY address prior to Epstein living there when it was owned by Wexner. Just basic questions about his knowledge of Epstein, the massage room, the girls coming and going and such... We can get you guys a subpoena in the event that he refuses. The guy is 80 years old now and I suspect that his accurint addresses listed are probably good, and shouldn't be too hard to track down. There is one other New York employee we are trying to track down (Richard but don't have a DOB or good address yet for him. I'm currently working on that but once we figure that out would you be able to knock out that interview as well?
