The objective here is to educate both districts on the role/value of using a CAFI and our intended utilization of a CAFI during our investigations going forward (per policy). Additionally, we ought to be prepared to discuss the role of the AUSA in interviews (preventing another Epstein scenario) and expert testimony by CAFIs or agents at trial to help the July understand victimization in HT matters.
