As you may have seen the news has emerged this morning that the UK financial regulator is looking into Jes Staley, the CEO of Barclays Bank over how he represented his relationship with Mr Epstein to his employer, and how the board then relayed that to the regulator. EFTA00147884 We understand that the dispute is over the fact that he had some form of social relationship with Mr Epstein, as well as a professional one. Given this information we would like to establish whether Mr Staley has been asked to co-operate with the FBI on its investigation at all.
