I work for an organization where decisions are made over my head all the time so if that's the case I get it, but I am really confused by this decision. has been an outstanding AUSA and has been the leader of this prosecution team. I can't tell you how many times he and I spoke to work out issues, talk strategy, etc. has been ensconced in this case for the past 2 years, participating in dozens of interviews... As always I have the highest confidence in SDNY and you don't owe me an explanation, however, I just wanted to pass along my disappointment with this decision . I believe it is unfair to who now have to bring a new prosecutor on board, and I also believe it's tremendously unfair to at this juncture in his career. For the amount of incredible hard work and hours he put into this case I really can't fathom why your office would deprive him of seeing it through.
