I'm adding to this thread so that we can schedule this call. Would 10:30 tomorrow morning work for everyone? As a preview, I think what we have in mind is the following: I) The AUSAs will make notification by phone to the attorneys who represent the small group of statutory victims for this indictment, all of whom are represented by counsel. 2) There is a much larger group of Epstein

As a preview, I think what we have in mind is the following: I) The AUSAs will make notification by phone to the attorneys who represent the small group of statutory victims for this indictment, all of whom are represented by counsel. 2) There is a much larger group of Epstein victims, and although we ordinarily wouldn't notify individuals who are not victims of the charged case, we would nevertheless like to notify these individuals. We would like this to be a written EFTA00150327 notification only, without phone calls. We will need to work on the wording of the letter to avoid confusion, but the letter should probably go to both group one and group two. In short, none of this will require SDNY victim services or FBI victim services to make phone calls. Instead, everything will be in writing except for the calls that and= and I make. The vast majority of these individuals are represented by counsel (in connection with this case and/or civil litigation), which is one of the reasons why we would like to use this procedure. We can work together to put together a list of who belongs in the respective categories, and based on my conversation with it sounds like we should discuss how we are handling the VNS database for this case, which we can discuss on the call. Looking forward to discussing further and getting everyone's input, and thanks for reaching out to work out a plan in advance. On the call would be ME, her program manage and me. We can organize the conference line. Would one of you be available to get on a call with us tomorrow to hash out the details? Only time that we are unavailable is from 1-2:30. > Feel free to call me if you have any questions. > Thanks, EFTA00150328
