To date, we have not received any responses from our clients indicating that they are interested in flying to Miami and or attending in person. I will notify you promptly if any of our clients plan to attend. I do think that given Covid-19, that DOJ should provide some other alternative, like a secure phone line or a Zoom or similar link for victims to be able to call, rather than taking a flight. Requiring that victims appear in person to obtain this information seems unreasonable to me under the circumstances of Covid, and may be upsetting to them if appearing in person is the only way that they are able to learn this information.
