Our CSOs will be outside when your agents arrive to expedite the entry. The transport agents will have a reserved spot each day at our building. They can use your the loading dock entrance or enter through the double doors under the bridge with the witnesses. All witnesses will be screened before they can proceed to the third floor holding rooms. The witnesses should not have any electronic devices including cell phones. ***Agents are prohibited from carrying weapons into the courthouse.***All weapons must be secured at the U.S. Attorney's Office or the FBI NYO. Our CSOs will grant the transport agents and witnesses access to the 3rd floor bridge, however the transport agents must contact the Marshals Service CSOs Foley Operations desk at to take the witnesses to the courtroom. This protocol is being implemented to avoid the witnesses encountering jurors. Please make sure that the transport agents leave enough time to make it from our building to the courtroom.
