If the site I've linked below is to be believed, this yacht is RMI flagged and spend most of the past year docked in Westhaven, NZ, on the outskirts of Auckland. It may have arrived in Noumea in approximately mid-August 2021, but the tracking data is inconsistent so not sure how much movement there was in and out of Palau. A second site claimed that the ship last arrived in a Palan port on 15 December, where it remains. Other reports mention the vessel being docked in Sydney for some period of time prior to arriving in NZ. The ship has been tracked with enthusiasm by conspiracy theorist-types due to its association with Ghislaine Maxwell (the ship used to be named after her prior to its name change).
