Defendant EPSTEIN made a second spontaneous utterance as "This is going back to 2002,2005", "Oh this is bad", "This is pretty bad". The author or the other agents did not confirm or deny any substance regarding the uttered statement made by defendant EPSTEIN. AUTHORS FOOTNOTE: While accepting custody of defendant EPSTEIN, the author was informed by , that defendant EPSTEIN had requested the assistance of counsel. Defendant EPSTEIN did not appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of a narcotic substance and declined immediate medical assistance and did not report any health or medical concerns. It should also be noted that the author memorialized the above stated spontaneous utterances in writing on the inside of working folder pertaining to the arrest paperwork of defendant EPSTEIN on Monday July 8th,2019.
