We contacted the Miami agents that were involved in the early 2000s investigation, they had this FD-71. Both of us were only aware of this FD-71. I couldn't find anything else associated to it. I have looked through Sentinel and have not come across this report, likely due to age. Does anyone have any insight on whether this report existed and if we have documentation on it?
