I am currently reviewing the drive you gave to me on Friday (NYC024383), and I'm running into many images that either do not load at all or load for a fraction of a second, before being covered partially by a solid block of color. I've attached the screenshot below to illustrate what I'm seeing. In this case, some of the images load fully for a split second, and then are covered with this gray square: Would you, or someone else at the FBI, be able to take a look at these photos on your end and determine whether or not they are viewable?
