VIC Prep Notes • Prepared for trial testimony. • recalls that interior of 358 El Brillo Way had changed between the 2003 investigation and the 2005 search: in particular, the office area was neat and orderly in 2003, but in 2005, there were fabric samples all over the floor of the office stacked in piles. The area looked more cluttered as a result of what appeared to be some redecorating going on. o The layout and furnishings appeared the same in 2005 as in 2003. o also recalls seeing some of the same pictures in 2005 as in 2003, including a photo of a little girl, a photo of JE with the pope, and a photo of JE with Castro. o There were some photos • saw in 2003 that he did not see in 2005. • Discussed logistics of trial testimony.
