We did a quick search of reported misconduct from TUHS and Kaback has a recent case that was...slightly pervy. When we checked who he was, his life history was weird - he's a sub teacher but his personal history is nothing like a sub, no clear reason why he's a sub, moves in circles that are not indicative of a sub. (Google him, pull up his Linkedln, note that DOE does not appear, look at everything else.) Now that may mean nothing, but when you have a guy who is quietly in DOE schools since 2005 but also in those circles....and then today's art
