Jury selection is slated to start on Nov 15 with opening statements on Nov 29. We anticipate that the trial will last about 4-5 weeks. This Friday, 10/29/21, SDNY will be making certain anticipated trial exhibits public, such as photos, documents, etc in connection with a Court filing. It should generate media interest and coverage.
