JP Morgan failed to follow BSA regulations, thus not alerting of the criminal acts happening in USVI jurisdiction.. I am wondering if NY has an action against JP Morgan Chase. I understand NY locally filed against the Deutsche Bank. If you can help me identify someone in NY who may have information of the Epstein case and if they might have filed against JP Morgan in NY. The Government amended its complaint and its complaint has been consolidated with two other cases. I have attached the Government's amended complaint and the two complaints to which it is consolidated. See order below. Thanks.
