We are still waiting on confirmation from SDFL, but heard back from SDNY. See the responses below. 1. Is any evidence at the USAO? a. Confirm with both SDFL and SDNY USAOs. Confirmed w SDNY, there is no physical evidence (S., physical items with assigned 18 numbers) at SDNY regarding Epstein. Waiting on confirmation from SDFL. b. If yes, what is the evidence. There is no evidence at SONY. Waiting on confirmation from SDFL. 2. If so, what was the evidence? When did we obtain the evidence? How did we obtain the evidence from the USAO? EFTA00164585 From the SDNYAUSA: SDNY's electronic case file and Relativity database have scans/copies of some physical evidence items and have other items of evidentiary value (such as grand jury returns, copies of items from Sentinel, copies of the Palm Beach PD file, and copies of the SDFL file, among other things). But we do not have physical evidence at SDNY from this case. 4. Please confirm in writing that all the evidence related to investigations into Jeffrey Epstein are in the WFO.
