The file which is responsive to this request is 31E-MM-108062 and it is listed as pending. The subject made a previous request in Sept. Of 2008 through a different lawyer. At that time, we generated a B7A letter and closed the case because the case was pending and we were given specific answers to pending questions that would allow us to do so. At this time, we have new pending questions that must be answered in reference to pending files. Would you be able to help me gain this information so that I can process the case correctly?
