In the past we have been applying a (b)(7)(a) to all of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell requests. Instead of sending a formal Pending Questions EC in sentinel, we just wanted to do a follow up to see if a B7A is still ok to go out with? This letter advises "material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure...to the extent the production of such law enforcement records or information could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings."
